FAQ

Got a question?
Here's the answer.

Can I use Zoom and Halaqat together?

Yes. Choose the provider for each teacher, and the system creates links on Zoom or Halaqat automatically.

Do students need an account?

Students join by link or code, and can also sign in with a login code and a 6-digit PIN.

Is the student's voice uploaded for the recitation check?

No. The check runs on the student's device, and the audio never leaves it.

Does it work on phones?

Yes, in the browser or the Android app, and a live class can move from one device to another.
